Misplaced packages and missed scans cascade into late departures, failed deliveries, and unnecessary return journeys. OptiSol deploys a ground robot that navigatesstorage aisles continuously over a 6G network, captures item location and status data, and feeds a verified audit stream into enterprise systems so every shipment is confirmed ready before the truck departs.The project advances from TRL 6 to TRL 8 through validation on the OTE 6G-PATH Smart Cities testbed..
